We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients.
This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and articulate the unique value SiteWorker brings to its clients.
Responsibilities :

- Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Identify potential clients through research and various lead generation methods
- Engage with prospects to understand their staffing needs, challenges, and goals
- Qualify leads by assessing their potential fit with SiteWorker’s services and offerings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the senior sales team to further engage with qualified leads
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies
- Collaborate with industry specialists within the company to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to potential clients
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads
- Ability to understand and articulate technical and industry-specific information
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and outreach
