- Remove dirty dishes from guest tables, using proper cleaning method. Reset tables at conclusion of each meal.
- Make sure all tables are set correctly according to AURO Hotels and Brand standards.
- Properly set up server station per meal period.
- Keep server station clean and clear of dishes, glassware, etc.
- Report all incidents (compliments / complaints) to Manager.
- Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
- Help in restaurant / outlet / kitchen when extra duties are assigned.
- Work independently with little supervision.
