This position is on-site at Aggressive Hydraulics. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 4 : 30pm.
Position Description :
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
Primary Objectives :
- Interact with customers to identify their needs.
- Provide a first rate customer experience.
Responsibilities :

- Profitability / Pricing / Cost
- Identify Requirements
- Identify and create value added services.
- Process and manage all orders.
- Work with all departments in the sales process (Sales, Engineering, Production Control, and Manufacturing)
- Ability to establish great rapport with customers.
- Management of sales inquiries.
- Provide timely and efficient assistance to customers in resolving problems including product returns and warranty.
- Stay up to date with product and industry knowledge.
- Assist in the improvement of departmental processes and efficiency.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Sales / Customer service experience in a related industry preferred.
- Technical, Fluid Power or Manufacturing experience / knowledge preferred.
- Ability to read engineered design drawings a plus.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong listening and problem solving skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word, and excel
- Strong math and analytical aptitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask objectives and responsibilities, work within a team environment and provide technical support to department members.
