This position is on-site at Aggressive Hydraulics. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 4 : 30pm.

Position Description :

Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.

Primary Objectives :

  • Interact with customers to identify their needs.
  • Provide a first rate customer experience.

  • Identify Requirements
  • Identify and create value added services.
  • Process and manage all orders.
  • Work with all departments in the sales process (Sales, Engineering, Production Control, and Manufacturing)
  • Ability to establish great rapport with customers.
  • Management of sales inquiries.
  • Provide timely and efficient assistance to customers in resolving problems including product returns and warranty.
  • Stay up to date with product and industry knowledge.
  • Assist in the improvement of departmental processes and efficiency.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Sales / Customer service experience in a related industry preferred.
  • Technical, Fluid Power or Manufacturing experience / knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to read engineered design drawings a plus.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong listening and problem solving skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word, and excel
  • Strong math and analytical aptitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask objectives and responsibilities, work within a team environment and provide technical support to department members.
