Merchandiser Team Lead

Signature Retail Services is the industry's premier merchandising sales and service organization. We operate across all 50 States utilizing our highly trained, experienced teams.

Signature Retail Services is currently seeking a Merchandising Team Lead, working up to 40 hours per week . This position is responsible for completing merchandising projects both independently and one on one with new and current service representatives in commercial buildings, pharmacies, warehouses,and big box home improvement stores like The Home Depot, Lowe's and other locations.

We offer a highly competitive hourly wage dependent on experience.

We're Looking For :

• Ability to communicate effectively with retail merchandisers, clients, and customers to achieve and exceed goals set by the client
• 2 to 3 years working as a Brand Representative and / or Merchandiser, with manufacturer sales and / or merchandising experience in the home center industry being a PLUS
• Hands on experience with all aspects of merchandising and resets
• Ability to teach, train, and provide support for new hires
• Experience using web-based reporting systems to submit reports and photos while in stores
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a PLUS

Minimum Requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• A valid driver's license, current personal car insurance, and access to a reliable personal car A smartphone ( Apple or Android) with internet access and the ability to send and receive texts and emails is required.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment :

• Must be physically able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, use rolling staircase ladders.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds;
• Must be able to work in business locations without assistance by others
