Service Dispatcher / Customer Service - Direct Hire

Pay Rate : $15.00 / hour

Location : Erie, Pennsylvania

Hours : 8 : 30am- 5pm

The Reserves Network is currently seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to work for a well-established company located in Erie, PA.

This role combines managing service schedules and dispatch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain service technicians' daily schedules and dispatch technicians.
• Handle customer requests, update customer databases, and provide clear communication.
• Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.
• Order and receive parts, manage inventory, and enter purchase orders.
• Track and manage service orders, loaner equipment, and part availability.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in dispatch or service scheduling is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
