Controller
We are searching for a Controller for our client's manufacturing company in Lancaster! This is a permanent, direct placement opportunity! Fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company!

Responsibilities for the Controller include :
- Manage operations of the accounting department
- Ensure that payables are paid in a timely manner
- Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
- Process payroll
- Monitor debt levels
- Analyze capital investments, pricing and contract negotiations
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare budgets and annual reports
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications for the Controller include :
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work with senior management
- Knowledge of short and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets
- Working knowledge of product profitability analysis
- Excellent MS Office skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new concepts and tools
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting
- Experience in food manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state financial reporting and tax filings
- Post secondary education in related field
