Responsibilities HRI Hospital is seeking Full Time and Part Time Mental Health Workers! As a Mental Health Worker, you will : Monitor patient safety on the inpatient psychiatric units Assist nursing staff with patient treatment procedures Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment Assist patients with activities of daily living Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors Assist with patient groups and activities Shifts : Day Shift : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm Evening Shift : 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm Night Shift : 11 : 00pm 7 : 30am Shift Differentials : Evening Shift : +$1.
25 / Hour Night Shift : +$2.00 / Hour Weekend Shift : +$1.50 / Hour Note : The weekend shift differential is cumulative; Example a weekend evening shift would equate to a +$2.
