Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

You'll receive paid time off after 90 days, plus paid holidays.

A full benefit package is offered, including health, dental, life, vision, and accident insurance, as well as a 401K employer match of up to 4% of gross wages.
