Kwáan Tech is seeking highly qualified administrative professionals to join our team in support of the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis.
Core Duties :
- Conduct analysis of workforce structure and position descriptions.
- Coordinate revision and streamlining of OIA position descriptions based off of workforce analysis.
- Support PSO in implementing changes to organizational structure.
- Support PSO efforts to integrate new organizational structure with performance management strategy.
Travel Requirements : 0 - 10%
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience.
- Experience in workforce analysis.
- Experience in strategic workforce planning.
- Experience / knowledge of federal position descriptions.
- Knowledge of federal employment regulations.
- Experienced using standard office suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure, handle stress, and deliver professional results.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
