Focus on WD are currently seeking a Workday Technical Solutions Lead to work on a long-term programme of work for a minimum duration of 12 months to be based in either Boston or Atlanta on a Hybrid Working model
Position : Workday Technical Solutions Lead
Employment Type : Full-Time, Contract - 12 months+
Start Date : As soon as possible
Location : Boston or Atlanta - Hybrid Working 2-3 days per week onsite
Rate : $100 - $120 per hour DOE

Key Skills Required
- Extensive experience as a Workday Solutions / Technical Lead with a blended hands-on / strategic skillset encompassing strong Workday HCM, Security, Integrations and Data experience.
- Proven experience acting as the link between the functional and technical workstreams ensuring alignment between people and technology teams.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement skills, with the capability to act as the Product Champion, and articulate solutions across the employee estate.
- Strong background in Workday HCM Solutions / Technical Design and Architecture with experience of working on at least 1 full end-to-end Implementation of Workday HCM across a Global Landscape.
