Job description :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with over 10+ years of experience .
- They are seeking an Infra. Technology Specialist (Senior Associate) skilled in Endpoint Operation, Application Packaging, MICROSOFT SCOM administration, Office 365, Windows Client OS Patching Admin, and Microsoft OMS.
- Must have Experience in Technical Skills : ,Office 365,MICROSOFT SCOM administration, Microsoft OMS,Application Packaging, Endpoint Operation,WindowsClientOSPatchingAdmin
- Strong Experience Using company Endpoint Central software to deploy security patches, software deployments.
- Good Experience in Using company ticketing software to record, track and document problem solving process.
- Must Apply company approved diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
- Must Access FAQ resources on the Internet / Intranet to aid in problem resolution.
- You should Perform trouble resolution fixes remotely or in person, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and configuring systems and applications.
- Must Assist in software patch releases and roll-outs according using Endpoint Central to company Change Management best practices.
- Continuously improve upon technical skills sets within assigned areas of expertise.
- Assist in training of Endpoint Management staff.
