Musculoskeletal Radiologist-Specialist in Medical Imaging

PRACTICE SUMMARY

Specialists in Medical Imaging (SMI) is seeking an Onsite full-time day Musculoskeletal Radiologist . Musculoskeletal fellowship training preferred.

Qualified candidates should be comfortable with all MSK and general diagnostic studies (MSK 40-50%). Ability to grow practice if candidate has expertise in joint injections and MSK ultrasounds or procedures.

Body MRI or neuroimaging is a plus.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Competitive salary with Bonus
• 1-year partnership track position
• Work Schedule : Day, Monday Friday, hours typically between 7 : 30am-5pm
• Evening / Night coverage provided by separate dedicated night shift team
• Equitable sharing of backup 1 : 6 weekend and evening / night call responsibilities

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Board certified / eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology or Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• Musculoskeletal Fellowship trained PREFERRED, but not required
• Comfortable with all MSK and general diagnostic studies (MSK 40-50%)
• Grow practice with joint injections, MSK Ultrasound and other procedures
• Body MRI and Neuroimaging a plus
• Ability to secure an Illinois license
