An assisted living facility located in Pittsburgh, PA is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN, to join their team full time! Check out the details below :
Title : Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
Job Type : Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting : Assisted Living
Location : Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule : Full-time, evening shift 3pm 11pm with rotating weekends
Pay : $22 - $26 / hr based on experience
This Licensed Practical Nurse LPN will be responsible for the following duties :
- Supervises Med Techs and Resident Assistants
- Provides direct nursing care to residents based on their individual needs
- Provides care prescribed by the resident’s primary physician and consulting physician as indicated
- Maintains nutritional needs of the resident through assistance and supervision
- Implements the resident’s care plan in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team
- Documents resident’s care according to policy & maintains accurate and accessible records and reports
REQUIREMENTS :
- State licensure as an LPN or RN
- Covid vaccination required
- New grads are welcome to apply must be licensed
