Clientmind Recruiting, Inc. is currently searching for an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts.
The main focus is to help the company's customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company.
This position may require working occasional non-traditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customers' needs.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- HSD / GED or Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Five or more years in the window and door sales atmosphere
- Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment
- Demonstrated capacity to think outside the box, communicate and motivate customers on the company’s products, programs, and new ideas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral / written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (including no multiple DUIs within the last two years)
- Must possess the following core competencies : Building Trust, Building Customer Loyalty, Persistent Follow-Up, Sales Ability / Persuasiveness, Managing Work, Adaptability, and Communication.
