We are searching for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business insight and natural sales instincts to join our Visual Planning Sales Team.
This B2B Sales Professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business development. The Software Sales Rep must be comfortable selling resource management and scheduling software solutions to all levels of any organization’s operations.
As the first line of contact, you can understand the diverse business needs of prospects in a variety of industries. You are quick on your feet, tenacious, and possess grit to overcome objections.
You will use your convincing personality and passion for winning to raise the bar of success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Sell all ranges of visual planning software products, and associated services
- Manage and qualify inbound leads (80%) and cold calls (20%), and other communications to ensure fast response rates to potential clients
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Proactively maintain pipeline using our CRM
- Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
- Conduct one-on-one and group sales demonstrations, both online and face-to-face
- Provide account management to an existing customer base
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts, and reports
- Collect feedback from customers and prospects to be transmitted to the product and marketing teams
- Coordinate with the consulting team and the customer support team to ensure an efficient transmission of information regarding customer’s needs and requirements before and after the sale takes place
- Develop and execute on call and email campaign strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Tech Sales experience
- Experience performing online demonstrations or presentations
- Experience selling technology solutions over the phone
- Experience in consultative sales and solution selling
- Bachelor's Degree

Travel

Compensation Structure :
Base Salary + Commission. Base salary is $65,000 - $70,000. On-target earnings for your first year is between $78,500 - $83,500.
Uncapped Commissions. Ability to earn residual and new business commission from your clients.
