Job Responsibilities :
- Perform visual inspections, at various magnifications, utilizing magnifiers, microscopes, etc.
- Assure applicable inspection equipment is in calibration before use.
- Maintain cleanliness & orderliness of inspection stations.
- Report inspection results clearly and accurately.
- Identify and segregate and initiate Discrepancy Reports for nonconforming product.
- Comply with stamp control procedures.
- Assure lot and sample traceability.
- Read new and revised specifications when mandated.
Job Experience, Education, and Requirements :
- Previous experience in manufacturing process.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Sitting for 5-7 hours a day.
- Walking, pushing, carrying or lifting up to max. 50 lbs occasionally.
- Standing generally.
- Cannot have any visual color deficiency.
