Job Type : Temp to hire, full-time, on-site
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Salary : $25.00-30.00 / hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily office operations of a cleint of ours located in Hillside, NJ.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting our Operations team and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Providing technicians with the resources and documentation support necessary to perform their duties effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence related to technician operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for technician activities.
- Handling administrative fleet responsibilities such as updating fleet records, fleet reporting, and managing vehicle registrations.
- Administering safety tests and record keeping while prioritizing the safety culture and responsibilities within the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of expense reports and reconciliation of credit card statements as well as reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of time keeping from the field service team.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Must be bilingual Spanish
- Quickbooks experience is a plus
