Job Description :

The Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for leading cross-functional process improvement projects within the Payments Network and helping oversee the monthly billing of fees to business partners (i.

e. Processors, Financial Institutions) across billing product lines.

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will manage projects from inception to implementation. They will lead project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs, in addition to actively managing and escalating risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers business requirements and translates them for project teams. Manage all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.
  • Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
  • Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately.

Estimates work efforts and manages resources.

  • Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to stakeholders.
  • Supports billing of monthly fees across all product lines to network business partners (i.e. processors, financial institutions, etc.).
  • Acts as Billing SME for monthly fees across network business.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience
  • Agile and / or Kanban, PMP
  • Proven project management / process improvement skills
  • Data driven mindset (comfortable with Excel / Pivot tables, etc)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead meetings

Compensation :

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
