Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, offering personalized insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
Policy Review : Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure they have adequate coverage and understand their insurance options.
Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and other channels to expand the client base.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and advocating for clients' best interests.
Continuous Education : Stay informed about industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold an active Life and Health Insurance license.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is an advantage.
Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail when analyzing policies and providing recommendations.
Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and drive sales results.
