Automation Project Manager Job Description :
- Working knowledge of industrial controls, design, finance, and project management.
- Technical writing skills; noting controls proposal documents, scope of work documents, and client presentations
- Experience in Job Costing and Tracking.
- Detailed knowledge base of industrial control estimating methods in areas including Electrical Schematic Design, Panel Fabrication, PLC Programming, and HMI Programming.
- Coordinate and manage automation projects includes reporting and accountability of schedule, budget, project performance, and quality.
- Required Travel : Up to 30%
Automation Project Manager Qualifications / Skills :
- 4-year college degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years in Automation or a related field is required
- Attention to detail
- Solid presentation and software technology skills
- Familiar with AutoCAD Electrical design software, Rockwell Automation Software, and other related software.
