Responsibilities
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of HVAC systems to determine repair and replacement needs
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and maintenance required and provide advice on HVAC system use and care
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations while on the job
- Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities performed on HVAC systems
- Stay current with industry developments and new technology in the HVAC field to continually improve service delivery
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude while interacting with clients and coworkers
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure the timely completion of service calls and meet customer expectations
Job requirements
- EPA Certificate (required)
- 2 + years of Service and repair of residential HVAC systems experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license for at least 5 years and valid driving record
- Able to pass abackground check andand drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
