Senior Property Accountant - Hybrid - Up to $90,000 Base Salary Plus 15%-18% Bonus

Calling all Senior Property Accountants !! This is a great opportunity to work for a dynamic, fast-growing healthcare real estate company based in Franklin, TN.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of real estate accounting experience. This is a full-time, permanent direct hire position.

Hybrid schedule with flexible work hours. Up to $90,000 base plus a big bonus. MUST HAVE YARDI, SAGE, or MRI EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Property Accountant :

• The Senior Commercial Property Accountant is responsible for producing timely and accurate financial statements of real estate portfolio
• Performing reviews of monthly and daily deliverables through the running of daily controls, trial balance preparation and analytical analysis
• Performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings of general ledger in accordance with GAAP
• The senior property accountant will prepare and reviewing work papers and variance analyses
• Preparing or reviewing straight-line schedules pursuant to lease agreements
• The senior property accountant will prepare & review amortization schedules
• Reviewing expense funding requests and invoices for proper GL classification and ensuring requests include proper documentation
• The senior property accountant will maintain an efficient and appropriate control environment in accordance with SOX
