Benefits :We are seeking coordinators to work throughout the following counties : Bergen, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic and Union .
Coordinators are responsible for providing support to Adults with Developmental Disabilities. This includes assessing service needs, developing plans for access to services, liaison with clients, families, and other service providers.
Ongoing monitoring of clients service needs.
Must have a driver's license and car. You must be reliable, flexible, highly motivated, can work independently, meet deadlines, highly organized, and technologically proficient.
Must be willing to work and travel throughout the following counties : Bergen, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic and Union.
The coordinator will maintain flexibility in hours to meet consumer and program needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or higher REQUIRED in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience working with Developmental Disabilities is a MUST. (This experience can include paid employment, volunteer experience, and / or being a family caregiver of an adult with a developmental disability.)
- Pass State, Federal Criminal Background checks and Central Registry checks at the time of hire. Must past
- CARI Check
Must be a valid licensed driver and have a personal vehicle that is registered and insured.
Must have Excellent communication skills-both written and oral; proficiency with Computers, Microsoft Office, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Must have a computer.
Must be able to meet all deadlines set by the company.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be Organized.
