As a Data Migration and Analytics Intern, you will play a crucial role in our S / 4HANA implementation project. You will work closely with our supply chain, data engineering, and analytics teams to ensure seamless data migration, develop back-end data processes, create front-end dashboards, and implement automation solutions.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in both data migration and analytics within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
S / 4HANA Implementation :
Assist in the planning and execution of data migration activities for the S / 4HANA implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer from legacy systems to S / 4HANA.
Support data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Back-End Data Processes :
Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to facilitate data objects.
Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines for supply chain analytics.
Ensure data quality and reliability through rigorous testing and validation.
Front-End Solutions :
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using CP tools (e.g., DOMO, Looker Studio).
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the dashboards and reports.
Automation :
Identify opportunities for automation within data migration and analytics processes.
Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Monitor and maintain automated processes to ensure they operate smoothly.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of data migration concepts and ETL processes.
Familiarity with SAP S / 4HANA or other ERP systems is a plus.
Experience with BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $21.50 - $32.50 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office / market location.
In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and / or Stock Options.
