Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft components and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and verify documentation related to inspections, repairs, and modifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments and tools to assess the quality of materials and workmanship.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findings.
  • Participate in quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to aircraft quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in aviation quality control preferred.
  • Proven experience in aircraft inspection, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
