Schedule : M-F, 9am-6pm, Occasional nights / weekends

Job Summary :

As the Manager of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the digital marketing efforts for NHRE and Big Machine Rock, driving the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Your primary objective will be to enhance the labels’ online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive artist development through various digital channels.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Develop and implement an overarching digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the digital landscape.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive consumption.
  • Leverage artist’s channels to grow audiences and increase engagement by implementing both organic activations and paid campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for digital marketing initiatives and making necessary adjustments in real time.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and report back on performance (KPI / ROI) to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Make data-driven decisions and adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, artists, and managers to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts and to gather needed assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital channels and campaigns.
  • Work to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the digital space.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors and agencies.

Required Experience :

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role is a must.
  • Strong industry connections and deep understanding of music and industry trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in the music industry, specifically country music, highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of social media and online promotion strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of the music market.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective communication and networking abilities.
  • Organization skills with the ability to follow and track progress on multiple projects and budgets.
  • Ability to thrive and be positive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • High agility and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leaders, employees, and departments.
  • Passion for music is a must.

Education :

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, but not required.
