Planning, forecasting and allocating product are the crucial first steps in the product’s journey to our clients. It takes analytical, strategic, and results-oriented inventory management professionals to build our brand partnerships, forecast client behaviors and optimize inventory levels across our network.

Operations and logistics complete the products’ journey into our clients’ hands. Our energetic and innovative team continually improves speed and accuracy on our promise to our clients in a fast growing and ever-evolving marketplace.

As a Distribution Analyst , you will be responsible for allocation of new, animated items and replenishment of core inventory from DC to stores to maintain the right levels of store inventory.

Reporting to the Senior Distribution Planner, you will be part of the Distribution team supporting the Allocation Senior Director.

In addition, you will...

• Determine ideal Store level quantities for new product launches and Animated Items to meet in store launch dates.
• Partner with Merchandise Planning / Demand Planning / Merchandising team to proactively identify potential upstream gaps to prevent downstream inventory issues
• Perform ad hoc store and brand level in stock and sales analysis with the goal to increase in stocks
• Hindsight Store Event inventory builds and sales performance
• Action and respond to inventory callouts directly from our stores

• 1-2 years Inventory Retail or Allocation Experience
• Strong Excel Skills
• Strong numbers aptitude; able to compile statistical reports
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Flexible team player
• The annual base salary range for this position is $73,610.00 - $82,270.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position;
• years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held;

other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job.
