Director of Incident Management

A company is looking for a Director, IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, including reporting, investigation, and preventive follow-up

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations while leading the development of a comprehensive incident review process

Monitor program outcomes and financial performance, implementing corrective actions to achieve sustainability

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in incident management and quality assurance within a non-profit or healthcare setting

Strong background in regulatory compliance and performance-based contracting

Proven leadership skills with experience in staff development and team management

Expertise in data analytics and program evaluation methodologies

Relevant advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
