Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living like bathing, grooming, and feeding - it's basically like being a glam squad for the geriatric set!
- Take and record vital signs because we're all about keeping things on point.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - we're not afraid to roll up our sleeves and get down and dirty!
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to make sure our residents' needs are met - teamwork makes the dream work.
Requirements :
- Got that State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification in the state of Ohio? Check.
- Bring on the compassion and kindness because without it, you're no good to us.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment - because we can't all be Rambo.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility would be a bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker.
