General Position Summary : This position will provide the responsibility of managing contracts / purchase orders for all programs.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities include the following : Daily responsibilities : 1. Managing purchase orders.

2. Maintaining Customer relations. 3. Responding to customer requests promptly. 4. Reviewing quality clauses thoroughly 5.

Confirming accurate delivery dates and pricing 6. Typing of general correspondence, quotations / proposals, and submittals.

Other duties may be assigned up to and including cross training for the Sales department. Solely responsible for : Managing purchase orders and contracts Independent decisions : Customer relations Financial

4. Microsoft Outlook

5. Microsoft Access Supervisory Responsibilities :

Schedule : Monday through Thursday 7am to 5 : 30pm (10 hours)
