Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Effective and professional communication (verbal and written) skill, with emphasis on consensus building.
2. Strong familiarity with 85 C products and operational needs, functions and objectives.
3. Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.
4.Ability to work at an elevated pace with precision and efficiency, in a high-pressure environment.
5. Basic understanding of the food supply chain process, from suppliers to end user.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of bakery / food industry purchasing.
7.Highest standard of ethnical conduct and professionalism
8. EXCEL and SAP skills preferable.
9. Bilingual English / Chinese Mandarin preferred

This position requires general office work with light physical duty, work indoors and are protected from weather and / or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.
