Critical Knowledge and Job Breakdown Sheets* Run and train others in process meetings* Work a flexible schedule based around school schedule* Follow all company policies (Attendance, No Tobacco Products on Campus, Illegal Drug and Alcohol, Family Medical Leave Act, Personal Appearance, Personal Electronic Devices, Vacation and Personal Time, etc.

Minimum Qualifications : * High school diploma / GED is required* Must have a valid Driver's License* Immigration sponsorship not available for this role* Must have been accepted to a bachelor's engineering program at a university with intent to graduatePhysical Demands : * Combination of sitting, standing and walking for eight or more hours* Occasional repetitive motions* Use of Safety Equipment (Safety glasses, Steel-toed boots)Preferred Qualifications : * Lean and Six Sigma knowledge* Good interpersonal skills* Ability to apply things learned at school* Ability to teach and explain methods, standards, etc.
