What You Will Be Doing
- Recruitment : Focus on hiring for both production and office roles
- Onboarding : Facilitate new hire orientation and integration into the company
- Employee Engagement : Assist with planning and executing engagement activities
- Strategic Initiatives : Work with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies
- Investigations : Learn to conduct investigations and provide support in employee relations
- General HR Support : Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and employee relations
What You Bring To The Table
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in an industrial environment
- General university degree or HR diploma
- Strong recruitment skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify blind spots and provide insights for improvement
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
