Requirements
- NY License
- 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU
- Documents travel experience
- Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
- AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS
- EPIC experience
- Heart experience HIGHLY preferred

Must be greater than 75 Miles from the work assignment location
