Product Manager

Our Product Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned product(s) managing new and existing products through the ongoing product management lifecycles.

They will monitor competitive analysis on related products and services, driving innovation of new features and revenue.

This position includes product marketing, budgeting, analysis, project management, product documentation, and reporting responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Manage, plan, and coordinate strategy, roadmap, and measurement of success of the assigned product(s) meeting strategic initiatives while providing revenue and margin growth
• Conduct product research and monitor competitive landscape reporting on services offered, pricing / promotions, and technology use trends
• Manage new and existing product development, delivery, deployment, and optimization
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and / or increase revenue / gross margin
• Build strong partnerships through cross-functional collaboration and leadership to ensure quality and timely implementation
• All other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

• BA / BS in a business-related field
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience
• Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Understand complex and technical concepts translating them into simplified product attributes
• Conceptualize new, innovative products / applications / services justifying design, build, and / or buy decisions using solid ROI analysis
• Create pricing and business models
• Take ownership and accountability for deliverable quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive, high-pressure environment
• Availability to work nights and weekends or variable schedule as necessary
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
