We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Infrastructure Project Manager to join our fast-paced Engineering team. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in infrastructure engineering, licensed professional engineering (PE), public works projects, and utilities engineering.

As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of infrastructure projects from conception to completion.

You will be the driving force behind ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of infrastructure projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Review and approve project designs and proposals, ensuring they comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Regularly report on project status, including progress, risks, and issues, to senior management.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in infrastructure project management, specifically in the engineering industry.
  • Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Proven experience managing public works projects and utilities engineering.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to travel as needed for project site visits.
