Overview
Job Summary :
The Contractor shall designate a Site Manager and alternate Site Manager who shall be telephonically available to the KO or COR from 0700-1700 hours, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
The Site Manager and Alternate Site Manager roles shall be collateral duties of personnel performing work on this contract.
When the contract Site Manager is absent, the Contractor shall appoint a temporary replacement in writing to the KO. After normal duty hours, the Site Manager or designated representative shall be available to meet with Government representatives at the work site (location) specified within two (2) hours of notification.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the overall management and coordination of work required under this contract and act as a central point of contact with the Government.

Job Responsibilities :
The Site Manager shall be technically qualified with administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and engineering procedures.
The Site Manager shall also be technically proficient in the areas of configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of applicable OSP, NIPRNET and SIPRNET systems and devices, and Telephone Service operations.
The Site Manager shall oversee operations and maintenance of equipment related to :

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.
A recent or current System Admin or Network Admin, with a BA or BS degree and 10 total years of experience at a minimum.
Must have an IAT Level II Certification.
Must be willing to work full time at Fort Irwin CA. Not a remote role.
Site Lead will be responsible for managing an onsite team of about 10-15 total FTE.
Knowledge of VOIP / Telephone Service support operations, or the Remedy Ticketing System, or Plant Cable Technician Support Services is highly desired.
Technically proficient in the areas of configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of applicable OSP, NIPRNET and SIPRNET systems and devices, and Telephone Service operations.
The Site Manager shall oversee operations and maintenance of equipment.
Posted Salary Range
150000 - 170000
