Administrative Support / Customer Service

Our client is a family owned and operated business servicing the Phoenix and Tuscon community for over 57 years. They are looking to add a new team member to their Tempe location.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage office operations and procedures to help ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Handle administrative tasks like managing records, orders, facilities, and equipment
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Greet visitors and answer or redirect phone calls in a helpful manner
