Our average effective wage is $25-$35 / hour (Base wage + productivity pay + credit card tips), plus cash tips! Don't forget about PTO, monthly performance bonuses, annual raise reviews, flexible schedules, health benefits, 401k, and the greatest salon culture you can find.
Base wage : $16.75 - $17.35

Hair Stylist / Barber Qualifications :
- Cosmetology and / or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state / province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
