We seek applicants who investigate questions in (or at the intersection of) the subfields of criminology, health / medical sociology, gender, or stratification & inequality, using advanced quantitative or computational social science methods.

Applicants must be prepared and willing to teach an advanced graduate statistics class that covers material beyond the OLS linear regression model.

Duties & Responsibilities

Thetenure-track position is 50% research, 40% teaching, and 10% service.Responsibilities include :

• Conducting research
• Teaching courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels
• Mentoring students from a wide variety of backgrounds
• Participating in outreach and contributing to departmental, college, and university service
• Helping to develop innovative approaches to enhancing student engagement, increasing inclusivity, and expanding collaborations with community and business partners

Minimum Qualifications
