Arnaud's Restaurant is a family owned / operated fine dining restaurant serving classic Creole and regional cuisine.
We are looking for professional Banquet Captains to help execute private events in our 13 different private dining rooms.
Responsibilities Include :
- Setting up Private Events as specified by banquet event orders
- Welcoming guests
- Managing food and beverage service, including communicating with the kitchen and service staff
- Supervising service staff
- Tending to guest requests
- Ensuring Private Rooms remain organized and tidy
Requirements :
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to multi task
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Able to move / lift furniture, carry trays, climb stairs and stand for long periods of time.
Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of fine dining experience
Candidate must be available to work weekends and holidays. Competitive Pay and Benefit

Salary : $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
