Job Title : Loan Administrator
Location : Kearny Mesa, CA
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Administrator to join our client's team in Kearny Mesa. The ideal candidate will have experience in the mortgage industry and possess strong analytical and customer service skills.
As a Loan Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Review and process loan applications, verifying accuracy and completeness
Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties to gather required documentation
Maintain detailed records of loan progress and follow up on outstanding items
Ensure all loan files meet regulatory standards and company policies
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues
Assist with loan closing and post-closing processes as needed
Qualifications :
Previous experience in the mortgage industry is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with loan management software and Microsoft Office
Working Hours : 40 hours per week

Compensation : $20.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
