We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Installation Technician who is willing to travel and work outdoors to join our team.

Position Overview : As an Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our decal installation projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to travel to various customer locations, efficiently removing, and installing decals on all types of vehicles.

Your attention to detail, precision, and dedication to delivering top-notch results will enhance our clients' brand and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Travel to client locations to perform on-site decal installations following provided guidelines and instructions.
• Utilize various tools and equipment to apply decals with precision, taking into account environmental factors such as weather conditions.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to established safety protocols.
• Document and report project progress, challenges, and completion status to project managers daily.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in vinyl installation is a plus.
• Proven experience in a sign shop or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate weights.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for precise placement and alignment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Adaptability to changing schedules, projects, and locations as required.
• Valid driver's license for traveling to client sites.
• Basic proficiency in using hand tools and equipment associated with decal installation.
