About the Role
In this role, you’ll help lead the 0-1 development of new business cases / products. You’ll set strategy for what bets we invest in, dive deep into the data to track and drive results, and work with a cross-functional team to take ideas from the drawing board to execution.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing our strategy & go to market for new initiatives - finding ways to improve the business, drive growth, and improve quality while also finding opportunities to reinvest cost savings from our business
- Setting and owning business metrics and developing plans to improve performance
- Owning day to day execution on initiatives that enable us to achieve our vision and north stars
- Working cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, to improve our profitability, enable growth, and influence the progression of our business
