Compensation & Benefits :
- Bonus : $10,000 Signing Bonus following full time appointment with Farmers Insurance Retail Program

Qualifications :
- Entrepeneurial Spirit : Self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales and business development.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
- Sales Experience : Previous sales experience including marketing, prospecting and lead generation is preferred
- Insurance Licenses : Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred but we will guide and train the right candidate through the process of obtaining these licenses.
- Financially savvy and responsible
