Dedicated Logistics Account Manager
Our client is interested in hiring a full-time Logistics Account Manager that can work closely with their drivers to maximize their earnings while providing excellent service to their customers.
This candidate will manage important key performance indicators to make sure each driver is representing our client well with on time service, safety, and overall professionalism.
This Logistics Account Manager will oversee each driver’s performance to meet corporate revenue goals while servicing one of our client’s top National Accounts.
Job Type : Full-time
Responsibilities :
- Offer coaching to each driver to maximize their earnings.
- Monitor on-time performance to deliver the highest level of service to customers.
- Work closely with safety to make sure drivers are following company policy and delivering each load safely to customers.
- Work closely with maintenance.
- Ensure all information entered by the drivers is accurate to promote good data.
- Review KPI’s monthly for each driver, and communicate what improvements can be made.
- Communicate well inside and outside the organization.
Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of experience in the Transportation industry.
- Strong computer skills are required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills are required.
