Electrical Project Manager/Estimator

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical PM / Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for providing accurate estimates, managing projects, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Conducting risk analysis and making decisions accordingly
• Creating and distributing project documents to stakeholders
• Estimating project costs and preparing accurate project bids
• Managing projects by developing project plans and tracking progress
• Collaborating with team members to ensure projects meet deadlines and are completed on time and within budget
• Utilizing software such as Bluebeam, Conest Intellibid, Building Connected, and NEC to accurately estimate projects

Qualifications Include

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management or estimating in the commercial or industrial space
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam, Conest Intellibid, Building Connected, and NEC (not all required)
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
