Position Summary :

Responsible for sales of products and services within a defined geography, ensuring consistent and profitable growth by meeting sales revenue targets through effective planning, deployment and management of direct sales personnel, budget control and administration.

What will you do

  • Provide effective leadership, input, and direction to regional sales team to achieve sales revenue objectives
  • Build and strengthen sales, customer support, and other commercial functions
  • Establish, negotiate, and monitor territory profit and growth objectives in accordance with budget targets by Industry
  • Develop and monitor accurate regional commercial sales revenue forecasts and other reports as required
  • Driving total sales and margin growth, balanced against the necessary investment to strengthen and maintain a first-class market-leading business organization

  • Monitor and report sales forecasts and changing ordering patterns to relevant departments Supply Chain etc.
  • Develop team in alignment with global development processes, ensuring that a talent pipeline exists within the function
  • Implement and drive best practice in sales techniques throughout the department
  • Ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitor the sales activities of competitors in your region and report where required
  • Ensure CRM utilization and integrity as part of sales performance assessments
  • Drive and Maintain the Highest EHS standards of different sites visited
  • Extensive travel (50%-75%) Customer sites & offices / laboratories for required meetings

What do we look for

  • Bachelors Degree or recognized qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, Sales or any business-related area
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing or business development within relevant industry segment
  • 5+ years of experience in sales / people management within a multi-regional / cluster role.
