The Electrical Superintendent oversees the day-to-day activities of large, complex electrical multifamily construction projects.
You will be responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers and Subcontractors to complete the project within guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee, manage, and mentor Foremen and other field personnel.
- Works with Project Team to develop job schedule that is consistent with company commitments.
- Reviews schedule during project to ensure deadlines are met; notifies appropriate parties of delays or acceleration.
- Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
- Administers timely and accurate paperwork for project activities (change orders, T&M, purchase orders, manpower schedules, timecards, payroll)
- Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards.
