Position Overview :
They are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of B2B Product Development for Advanced Network Services to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge B2B products in network services.
This is a strategic role focused on developing products that cater to the evolving needs of our business customers. As the Director, you will be responsible for driving product innovation, ensuring market competitiveness, and delivering world-class solutions that enhance connectivity and network capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Advanced Network Services, including ideation, development, launch, and optimization.
- Define and implement product strategies that align with the overall business objectives for B2B markets.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research, data analysis, and direct interaction with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful development and rollout of new products.
- Develop business cases for new products and enhancements, including financial analysis, pricing strategies, and ROI assessments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Optimum remains at the forefront of network services innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support product development efforts.
- Monitor and report on product performance, using data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
- Lead a team of product managers and work collaboratively to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of delivering successful B2B products in the network services space.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, including SD-WAN, VPNs, Ethernet, cloud services, and other advanced connectivity solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
